Called the number, got a quote. Van turned up, got a new tyre. Quick and friendly service, no complaints. Two years later I needed another tyre. Mark came out again, we had a great chat, he explained that what I needed was a valve not a new tire. Great and prompt service, saved a load of money due to his spot on advice.

I hadn’t used On the Spot Tyres before. My call was answered promptly by William—very friendly and professional—who organised for Mark to come to the house within 30 minutes. Mark was a lovely chap to deal with, and had a new tyre on the car in no time. An efficient, professional service, very nice guys to deal with and a fair price. I’ve put their card in the car and will have no hesitation to use their services again.

Excellent service. Arrived within 45 minutes of call and went above and beyond to get us back on the road replacing two tyres and jump starting a flat battery. Could not have been more pleasant and helpful. On top of this, the price was v reasonable.

Highly recommend – Mark was so pleasant and helpful on the phone first thing this morning, was able to commit to a time there and then that he’d be able to get to me, called ahead to say he was on the way, and arrived when he said he would. He sorted me out with a replacement tyre in no time and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. First time calling this company, and would be happy to use again.

Truley outstanding service. 5 stars does not go high enough for this company. The service we got should be what other companies should try to achieve for truley outstanding customer service. Had the pleasure of meeting both Mick and Will on two seperate occasions on the same day!!! These guys are great very friendly, helpful and quick. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. They could have left us workout with the hire car company on how we get the tyres fixed and replaced. But they didn’t. They got us fixed and on our way as quickly as possible. This is honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had with ANY company EVER. The 2 lads I spoke to today we’re just so genuinely friendly and the service they are providing is a game changer. I had my tyres fitted at work in less than a half an hour and the customer service is just top class. Can’t recommend them highly enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Def recommend On The Spot Tyres, great service. Flat tyre fixed at the front door, all sorted within a couple of hours of making the call, really great service by Mark, all other tyres checked and inflated. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

I had Mark rescue me this morning when my tire blew. I never used them before but if stuck like I was I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very friendly and professional service arrived before he said he would and did a super job for me. He even checked the other tires for me, he had me back on the road within 40 minutes after arriving No hesitation in recommending them to others.

My mum got a flat tyre after a hospital appointment and was so upset and didn’t know what to do. After numerous attempts and some very unhelpful people along the way, I found our Superhero – William. What an absolute Gentleman. He got to my mum as quick as he could, brought out a new tyre and re-fitted it all while she stayed safely cocooned in her car. I can’t express my gratitude or recommendation highly enough for this company. Needed a replacement tyre in Dublin this evening (Sunday!!) and thankfully found On the Spot Tyres online. From beginning to end the service they provided was second to none. Despite being very busy they were really punctual and arrived at exact time promised. Their van is really well kitted out and Mick the fitter was extremely efficient (and friendly) and had us sorted for our long journey home in no time.
